Dog walking services

At Rachael's Pawsome Pals, we believe every dog deserves a walk tailored just for them. Whether your dog loves an energetic run or a gentle sniff-about, we've got a walk that's right for them.

Walk type Description
Tailored walks Walks are carefully adapted to your dog's specific needs, incorporating advice from owners. This includes exercise walks, ball play, or enrichment brain walks for mental stimulation. We cater to all temperaments, from social butterflies to anxious pups, and sizes, from small companions to large breeds.
Additional dog fee An extra charge applies per dog from the same household, ensuring each of your pets receives individual attention and care during their walk.

Dog boarding services

Give your dog a home away from home with our reliable and loving dog boarding services. Your canine companion will be treated as part of the family, with all their daily routines and needs met.

Boarding option Details
Standard boarding Your dog will enjoy a comfortable and safe stay with us, receiving plenty of love, attention, and regular exercise. Walks are inclusive of the boarding price.
Longer stay discount For regular dog boarding customers, we offer discounts on longer stays after their first booking. Please contact us for more details and to discuss your dog's specific requirements.

Information

  It is important to Pawsome pals that we get to know your dog before confirming any bookings – this is to provide you with peace of mind that your dog is happy with us; and for us to spend time with you understanding your dog’s personality, habits and much-loved quirks.  The first booking can be confirmed once all important information is recorded during an initial free, no obligation consultation.

Bookings

Weekly Rolling Bookings:  These are repeat bookings where your dog is automatically booked onto the same walk(s) each week and your dog’s space(s) are guaranteed each week. Bookings are agreed with you initially and then no further action is required from you (unless you wish to change your rolling booking or need to cancel a booking).

Ad-Hoc Bookings:  These are when you request a walk on a day that is not your usual walk day.  Please note that I may not always be able to accommodate ad-hoc bookings as it will depend on what spaces are available.

Full payment for Pawsome pals services (agreed at time of booking) are to be received by Rachaels pawsome pals via payment link on the Friday of the week the walks have been undertaken.

Pawsome pals understands that sometimes your plans can change at short notice and as such, Ill try to be as flexible and understanding of cancellations as possible.  Nonetheless a cancellation charge of 50% will incur for 24 hours or less notice.

If for any reason I need to cancel the service (for example in heavy snow or extreme heat), then you will not be charged.

Pawsome pals will care for your dog as if they are our own by making every effort to ensure your dog is excellently looked after in my care. However, Pawsome pals cannot be held liable for any loss, injury to or death of your dog whilst in our care.

Pawsome pals accepts no liability for any breach of security or loss of or damage to your property if any other person has access to the property during the term of this agreement.

 All dogs must be micro-chipped and have a suitable identity tag on either their collar or harness.

It is agreed that the first walk for each dog is undertaken on a trial basis to ensure they are well-behaved, trained, socialised and suitable for group dog walks.
